Airfare - please plan to arrange your flights into the Philip Goldson International Airport (BZE) and you should coordinate to arrive on September 24, 2022, by 12:00pm for the airport transfers. Once your flights have been booked, please email your flight itineraries to camille@twinworldtravel.com no later than August 24, 2022.

September 24: Arrive at the Philip Goldson International Airport, ground transfers from the international airport to water taxi terminal for water taxi transfer to San Pedro, Ambregris Caye.
September 25 - 27: Crushing the Runway Women's Conference
September 28: Hotel check out, domestic flight from San Pedro to Belize International Airport for your international flight back home

Deposit: $500.00 per person due at time of reservation. Deposit is non-refundable
There will be 3 payments due March 24, 2022, May 24, 2022 and July 24,2022. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
Final payment: Balance is due on or before July 24, 2022. This is a non-refundable package
Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account
Passport: A valid passport is required for all guests. If you need to apply for a passport, please go to US passport application website.
All passengers are required to provide your name as it appears on your passport when you make your deposit
The primary traveler is responsible for receiving and relaying any and all communications/documents to the rest of the passengers

Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making timely payments as required.

Entry into Belize: Any traveler is permitted to visit Belize at this time.
All travelers must: Bring along an Official Vaccine Card reflecting the receipt of the dual or single dose vaccine at least two weeks prior to arrival. Or, if you cannot provide proof of immunization bring along a negative (RT-PCR) Covid-19 test taken within 96 hours of travel, OR Rapid Antigen test taken no more than 48 hours prior to travel. If neither is presented, you can take a Covid-19 test upon arrival ($50USD).
Re-entry into the U.S.: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will require all air passengers two years of age and over entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within one (1) calendar day of departure (this can be a negative antigen test). Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recent recovery for all passengers prior to boarding. Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test.
Note: The hotel offers onsite COVID testing for all guests. The testing fee is US$75 per person
